Mototorque Himalayan 450 Top Plate

Bungee cords sliding off a bare rear rack is a familiar annoyance on long tours. This top plate gives the Himalayan 450's rear carrier a flat, dedicated surface for strapping down luggage, tank bags, or a tail pack.

Made from a plastic and aluminum composite, the plate mounts directly onto the existing rear rack hardware and includes built-in slots for routing bungee ropes, so loads stay put over rough roads. It also doubles as a mounting base for universal pillion backrests.

A small addition that makes every loaded ride noticeably more secure.
