HARLEY-DAVIDSON X440T

The X440T's touring-spec cruiser stance keeps the single-cylinder engine low and exposed, which looks right for the model but leaves the cases with nothing between them and the tarmac in a tip-over.

The Astra Neo wraps the engine and lower frame in tubular steel, spreading impact across multiple mounting points instead of concentrating it on the cases themselves.

Bolts to the factory frame mounting points, sized to keep the X440T's touring silhouette intact rather than adding visible bulk.

What it does:

• Keeps the engine cases and cylinder fins off the ground in a tip-over
• Spreads impact across multiple frame mounting points
• Direct bolt-on fit, no fabrication required

The X440T's stock tail leaves the pillion with nothing to lean on and nowhere flat to strap a bag — two separate problems that usually mean two separate purchases.

This carrier combines both in one welded steel unit: a flat rear rack for touring luggage plus an integrated backrest pad so the pillion has proper support on longer rides.

Mounts to the factory subframe points in one installation rather than fitting a rack and a backrest separately.

What it does:

• Gives touring luggage a flat, stable mounting surface
• Adds pillion back support in the same unit
• Direct bolt-on fit to the factory subframe points

• Brand: MotoTorque
• Material: Welded mild steel, padded backrest

Soft panniers strapped straight to the X440T's subframe rub through the paint or brush against the exhaust before long — a problem a proper stay removes entirely.

This saddle stay is a welded steel bracket that bolts to the existing subframe mounts, holding bags clear of the wheel, exhaust, and rear shock once they're loaded and moving with the suspension.

Built for the X440T's subframe geometry, lining up with the factory mounting points without extra brackets.

What it does:

• Keeps saddle bags clear of the rear wheel, exhaust heat, and shock
• Protects subframe paint and bodywork from strap wear
• Bolts to factory mounting points, no drilling

• Material: Welded mild steel
• Fitment: Harley-Davidson X440T

A crash guard covers the sides, but the underside of the X440T's single-cylinder engine is just as exposed the moment you clip a speed bump too fast or catch a pothole on an uneven road.

This lower guard bolts beneath the engine to take the scrape instead of the cases underneath, sized to clear the exhaust and factory hardware.

Works alongside a crash guard rather than replacing it, covering the underside where a side guard doesn't reach.

What it does:

• Shields the engine underside from kerbs, potholes, and speed bumps
• Clears the exhaust and stock hardware for a clean fit
• Pairs with a crash guard for full lower-body coverage

A pillion with nothing to lean back on ends up bracing against the rider on every hard stop — not comfortable for either person once the ride goes past the first half hour.

The Laser backrest bolts to the rear subframe independently of the carrier, giving the pillion a padded support to lean into without changing an existing luggage setup.

Mounts using the factory subframe points, positioned to clear the exhaust and rear shock.

What it does:

• Gives the pillion proper back support on longer rides
• Fits independently of an existing back carrier
• Direct bolt-on fit to the factory subframe points

• Brand: MotoTorque
• Material: Steel frame, padded cushion
• Fitment: Harley-Davidson X440T

The stock footpegs are compact and rubber-topped — fine around town, but they don't offer much grip once the road's wet or you're covering real distance and want a more secure platform.

This footrest swaps in a wider metal peg with a serrated top surface, giving your boots a more secure platform in any weather.

Bolts to the factory footpeg mounts using the stock pivot and spring hardware.

What it does:

• Wider platform than the stock rubber-topped pegs
• Serrated surface holds grip in wet conditions
• Direct bolt-on fit using factory pivot hardware

• Brand: MotoTorque
• Material: Mild steel
• Fitment: Harley-Davidson X440T
• Mount type: Direct bolt-on, factory pivot points

A stray stone at highway speed or a low branch on a backroad is all it takes to crack the X440T's round headlight lens — usually meaning a full unit replacement rather than a quick fix.

This grille is a perforated steel guard that mounts in front of the headlight, taking the impact from debris while leaving enough open area that beam output isn't noticeably affected.

Bolts to the existing headlight mounting points without needing to remove the unit.

What it does:

• Shields the headlight lens from stones and branch strikes
• Perforated pattern keeps beam output largely unaffected
• Direct bolt-on fit to the factory headlight mounts

• Brand: MotoTorque
• Material: Mild steel
• Fitment: Harley-Davidson X440T

Road debris and stray gravel go straight through an unguarded radiator core, and once the fins are dented or clogged, cooling performance drops right when the engine's working hardest in traffic.

This guard is a perforated stainless steel screen that mounts in front of the radiator, keeping stones and larger debris out while leaving airflow largely unrestricted.

Stainless construction resists corrosion better than a painted mild-steel guard over time.

What it does:

• Screens the radiator core from stones and road debris
• Stainless build resists rust and corrosion long-term
• Direct bolt-on fit over the factory radiator

• Brand: MotoTorque
• Material: Stainless steel
• Fitment: Harley-Davidson X440T

The X440T's single headlight is fine on lit streets and thin on unlit highway stretches — exactly where a pair of auxiliary fog lights earn their keep, if you have somewhere solid to bolt them.

This mount is a pair of steel brackets that fix to the front frame area, giving auxiliary lights a stable, vibration-resistant mounting point without cutting into the fairing.

Fits standard aftermarket fog light clamps in common diameters.

What it does:

• Gives auxiliary fog lights a solid, vibration-resistant mount
• Positions lights low and clear of the headlight beam
• Bolts to the factory frame — no fairing cutting

• Material: Mild steel
• Fitment: Harley-Davidson X440T

Zip-tying a phone case to the handlebar works until it doesn't — usually on the one ride where you actually needed the map, on a bike with no factory provision for one.

This mount is a machined bracket that clamps to the handlebar, giving you a stable, vibration-resistant point to run a GPS unit or phone cradle from.

Positions the device within easy sightline without blocking the factory instrument cluster.

What it does:

• Gives a phone or GPS unit a stable, vibration-resistant mount
• Keeps the display in sightline without blocking the dash
• Clamps to the handlebar — no drilling

• Material: Machined aluminium

The front brake caliper sits low and forward, right in the line of fire for kerb strikes and flying stones — and a damaged caliper isn't a cosmetic problem, it's a braking one.

This guard is a stainless steel bracket that mounts over the caliper body, taking the hit from debris and minor impacts without interfering with pad clearance or disc rotation.

Bolts to the existing caliper mounting hardware, no modification to the brake assembly itself.

What it does:

• Shields the front brake caliper from stones and kerb strikes
• Mounts clear of the disc and pads — no braking interference
• Direct bolt-on fit using factory caliper hardware

Key details

• Brand: MotoTorque
• Material: Stainless steel
• Fitment: Harley-Davidson X440T
• Mount type: Direct bolt-on to caliper mount

The rear brake fluid reservoir sits exposed near the footpeg, right where a tip-over or a stray kerb strike can crack the plastic housing — and a cracked reservoir means a fluid leak, not just a scuff.

This guard is a stainless steel bracket that wraps around the reservoir body, taking the impact so the plastic housing doesn't have to.

Clamps on around the existing reservoir without interfering with the brake lines.

What it does:

• Shields the rear brake fluid reservoir from impacts and falls
• Clamps around the existing housing — no lines disturbed
• Reduces the risk of a cracked reservoir and fluid leak

Key details

• Brand: MotoTorque
• Material: Stainless steel
• Fitment: Harley-Davidson X440T
• Mount type: Clamp-on around reservoir
