KTM 250 ADVENTURE

Adventure bikes get dropped. That's not pessimism, it's the nature of riding on gravel, sand, and the odd bad decision at walking pace — and a bare engine case takes the hit every time unless something's in the way first.

This crash guard wraps the lower frame and engine in mild-steel tubing, tied down with a multi-point mounting bracket so the load spreads across the chassis instead of concentrating on one weld. A powder-coated finish handles the scratches and mud that come with actually using the bike off-road, not just parking it for photos.

Bolts straight onto factory mounting points shared across the 250/390 Adventure platform — no drilling, no spacers cut down on a workbench.

What it does:

• Keeps the engine case and radiator shrouds off the ground in a tip-over
• Spreads impact across multiple frame mounting points instead of one
• Direct bolt-on fit, no fabrication required

Key details

• Brand: MotoTorque
• Material: Mild steel tubing, powder-coated finish
• Fitment: KTM 250 Adventure / 390 Adventure (shared mounting points)
• Mount type: Direct bolt-on, factory hardware points

Strap soft panniers straight onto the subframe and they'll eventually chew through the paint, or worse, melt against a hot exhaust on a long day. A proper saddle stay keeps the bags off the bike entirely.

This one is a welded steel frame that bolts to the existing subframe mounts and holds saddle bags away from the wheel, exhaust, and rear shock — clearance that matters once the bags are loaded and swinging with the suspension on rough roads.

Built for the 250/390 Adventure's shared subframe geometry, so it lines up with the stock mounting points without extra brackets.

What it does:

• Keeps saddle bags clear of the rear wheel, exhaust heat, and shock
• Protects subframe paint and bodywork from strap wear
• Bolts to factory mounting points, no drilling

Key details

• Brand: MotoTorque
• Material: Welded mild steel
• Fitment: KTM 250 Adventure / 390 Adventure
• Mount type: Direct bolt-on to subframe

A crash guard covers the sides, but the underside of the engine is just as exposed the moment you hit a rock ledge or a pothole at the wrong angle — that's a separate problem an engine guard is built to solve.

This lower guard bolts beneath the engine cases to take the scrape instead of the alloy casing underneath, using a mild-steel construction sized to clear the exhaust header and stock bash points on the 250/390 Adventure platform.

Works alongside the crash guard rather than replacing it — together they cover the sides and the underside.

What it does:

• Shields the engine underside from rocks, kerbs, and rutted trails
• Clears the exhaust header and stock hardware for a clean fit
• Pairs with the crash guard for full lower-body coverage

Key details

• Brand: MotoTorque
• Material: Mild steel, powder-coated
• Fitment: KTM 250 Adventure / 390 Adventure
• Mount type: Direct bolt-on to factory points

Bungee cords on a bare grab rail only get you so far before a duffel bag starts sliding around at the first speed bump. A flat rear rack gives touring luggage an actual surface to sit on and tie to.

This carrier is a welded steel platform that mounts to the rear subframe, built to take a top box or strapped-down duffel without flexing under load on rough roads.

Sized and drilled for the 250/390 Adventure's factory mounting points, so it sits flush with the tail section rather than perched awkwardly on top.

What it does:

• Gives touring luggage a flat, stable mounting surface
• Handles top boxes or strapped duffel bags without flex
• Direct bolt-on fit to the factory subframe points

Key details

• Brand: MotoTorque
• Material: Welded mild steel
• Fitment: KTM 250 Adventure / 390 Adventure
• Mount type: Direct bolt-on to subframe

The stock screen on the Adventure does a decent job at commuting speeds and falls apart above 90 — buffeting straight into your helmet on the highway stretches where you actually want it working.

The Oculus Shield is a clear acrylic extension that clips onto the factory screen and pushes the airflow split a few inches higher, taking the worst of the wind blast off your visor without adding the bulk of a full touring screen.

Bolts onto the existing screen mounts, so there's no need to replace the stock windscreen to use it.

What it does:

• Redirects highway wind blast away from your helmet
• Clips onto the stock screen — no full windscreen swap needed
• Clear acrylic keeps forward visibility unaffected

Key details

• Brand: LEGUNDARY
• Material: Clear acrylic
• Fitment: KTM 250 Adventure / 390 Adventure Gen2
• Mount type: Bolt-on to factory windscreen

Zip-tying a phone case to the handlebar works until it doesn't — usually on the one ride where you actually needed the map. A dedicated mount is the fix that doesn't involve crossed fingers over broken roads.

The Ploigos mount is a machined bracket that clamps to the handlebar or existing cockpit hardware and gives you a stable, vibration-resistant point to run a GPS unit or phone cradle from.

Positions the device within easy sightline without blocking the factory instrument cluster.

What it does:

• Gives a phone or GPS unit a stable, vibration-resistant mount
• Keeps the display in sightline without blocking the dash
• Bolts to existing cockpit hardware — no drilling

Key details

• Brand: LEGUNDARY
• Material: Machined aluminium
• Fitment: KTM 250 Adventure / 390 Adventure Gen2
• Mount type: Handlebar/cockpit clamp-on

The Adventure's bodywork and radiator shrouds sit further out than most road bikes, which is great for off-road stance and bad news the moment the bike goes down at a trail stop.

The Raptor is a full-coverage tubular guard that wraps the tank, radiator, and lower frame in one structure rather than several separate brackets, spreading impact load across more of the chassis in a drop.

Finished in black, built to bolt to the Adventure's factory frame points without cutting into the fairing.

What it does:

• Wraps tank, radiator shrouds, and lower frame in one guard
• Spreads impact load across multiple chassis mounting points
• Direct bolt-on fit, no fairing modification needed

Key details

• Brand: LEGUNDARY
• Material: Tubular mild steel, black finish
• Fitment: KTM 250 Adventure / 390 Adventure Gen2
• Mount type: Direct bolt-on to factory points

Trail dust and flying gravel go straight through the Adventure's open radiator fins, and once the core's clogged or dented, cooling performance drops right when the engine's working hardest.

The Vector grill is a perforated guard that mounts directly in front of the radiator, screening out stones and debris while keeping airflow largely unrestricted.

Finished in black to blend with the factory bodywork rather than standing out as an aftermarket add-on.

What it does:

• Screens the radiator core from stones and trail debris
• Perforated pattern keeps airflow largely unrestricted
• Direct bolt-on fit over the factory radiator

Key details

• Brand: LEGUNDARY
• Material: Mild steel, black finish
• Fitment: KTM 250 Adventure / 390 Adventure Gen2
• Mount type: Direct bolt-on over radiator

The stock plastic coolant reservoir cap does its job and looks exactly like what it is — a cheap moulded cap sitting in an otherwise well-finished cockpit.

The Custos cap replaces it with a machined billet unit that threads into the same reservoir neck, adding a bit of finish to the tank area without touching the cooling system's sealing performance.

A straight drop-in swap for the factory cap — no tools beyond a simple twist to fit.

What it does:

• Replaces the plastic stock coolant cap with machined billet
• Direct thread-fit onto the factory reservoir neck
• Adds a finished, custom look to the tank area

Key details

• Brand: LEGUNDARY
• Material: Billet aluminium, silver finish
• Fitment: KTM 250 Adventure / 390 Adventure Gen2
• Mount type: Thread-in, direct replacement

The front brake reservoir sticks out right where a tip-over or a stray branch on a trail can crack the plastic housing — and a cracked master cylinder reservoir means a brake fluid leak, not just a cosmetic scuff.

The Titan guard is a machined bracket that wraps around the reservoir body, taking the impact so the plastic housing and lever assembly don't have to.

Clamps on around the existing reservoir without interfering with the brake lever or lines.

What it does:

• Shields the front brake reservoir from impacts and falls
• Clamps around the existing housing — no lines disturbed
• Reduces the risk of a cracked reservoir and fluid leak

Key details

• Brand: LEGUNDARY
• Material: Machined aluminium, silver finish
• Fitment: KTM 250 Adventure / 390 Adventure Gen2
• Mount type: Clamp-on around reservoir

Standing on the pegs off-road with the stock bar height means hunching forward — not ideal for control when the terrain gets rough and you need your weight back and centred.

The Dodger riser bolts between the triple clamp and handlebar to lift and pull the bar back slightly, giving a more upright, stand-friendly riding position for trail sections.

Uses the factory bar clamp and cabling, so there's no need for longer cables or lines in most cases.

What it does:

• Raises the handlebar for a more upright standing position
• Improves control on rough or standing-up trail sections
• Bolts in using the factory clamp — no cable changes in most cases

Key details

• Brand: LEGUNDARY
• Material: Machined aluminium, black finish
• Fitment: KTM 250 Adventure / 390 Adventure Gen2
• Mount type: Bolt-on between triple clamp and handlebar

Touring on the Adventure without a rear rack means either living with a small tail bag or improvising straps across the pillion seat — neither holds up well once the load gets heavier than a weekend's kit.

The Gopher carrier is a welded platform that bolts to the rear subframe, giving a flat base for a top box or duffel that stays put instead of shifting under braking.

Sits flush with the tail section using the factory mounting points, finished in black to match the stock bodywork.

What it does:

• Gives touring luggage a flat, stable mounting platform
• Handles top boxes or strapped duffel bags without flex
• Direct bolt-on fit to the factory subframe points

Key details

• Brand: LEGUNDARY
• Material: Welded steel, black finish
• Fitment: KTM 250 Adventure / 390 Adventure Gen2

The stock rear oil filler cap is plain moulded plastic — functional, but it's one of the few cockpit touchpoints that's cheap to upgrade for a more finished look.

The Casque cap is a machined billet replacement that threads into the same filler neck, adding a small but noticeable detail upgrade without touching the engine's sealing performance.

Direct drop-in replacement for the factory cap — no tools beyond hand-tightening.

What it does:

• Replaces the plastic rear oil filler cap with machined billet
• Direct thread-fit onto the factory filler neck
• Adds a finished, custom detail to the engine area

Key details

• Brand: LEGUNDARY

The front oil filler cap gets the same plain plastic treatment as the rear one — easy to overlook until you're detailing the bike and it's the one part that still looks stock.

The Tricorn cap is a machined billet replacement that threads into the front filler neck, matching a rear billet cap for a consistent finish across both fill points.

Direct drop-in replacement for the factory cap — no tools beyond hand-tightening.

What it does:

• Replaces the plastic front oil filler cap with machined billet
• Direct thread-fit onto the factory filler neck
• Pairs with the rear oil cap for a matched finish

Key details

• Brand: LEGUNDARY

The Adventure's stock side stand foot is small and round — fine on tarmac, but it punches straight through soft sand or gravel and leaves the bike leaning at an angle you notice the moment you let go.

The Fortis base bolts over the stock foot to widen the contact patch, spreading the bike's weight over more surface so it stands solidly on softer ground.

Clamps onto the existing stand foot rather than replacing the whole side stand assembly.

What it does:

• Widens the side stand's footprint on sand, gravel, and soft ground
• Reduces the chance of the stand sinking and the bike tipping
• Clamps onto the factory stand foot — no full stand swap needed

Key details

• Brand: LEGUNDARY
• Material: Machined aluminium
• Fitment: KTM 250 Adventure / 390 Adventure Gen2
• Mount type: Clamp-on over stock side stand foot

A cracked headlight lens on a trail ride means finishing the day on a single low beam, or none at all — a flying stone or a low branch is all it takes on the Adventure's exposed LED unit.

The Cosmic grill is a perforated metal guard that mounts in front of the headlight, taking the hit from debris while leaving enough open area that beam output isn't noticeably dimmed.

Bolts to the existing headlight mounting points without needing to remove the unit.

What it does:

• Shields the headlight lens from stones and branch strikes
• Perforated pattern keeps beam output largely unaffected
• Direct bolt-on fit to the factory headlight mounts

Key details

• Brand: LEGUNDARY
• Material: Mild steel
• Fitment: KTM 250 Adventure / 390 Adventure Gen2

Soft panniers strapped straight to the subframe rub through paint and can melt against a hot exhaust on a long touring day — a problem a proper stay is built to remove entirely.

The Casus stay is a welded frame that bolts to the existing subframe mounts and holds saddle bags clear of the wheel, exhaust heat, and rear shock — clearance that matters once the bags are loaded and moving with the suspension.

Built for the Adventure's subframe geometry, lining up with the stock mounting points without extra brackets.

What it does:

• Keeps saddle bags clear of the rear wheel, exhaust heat, and shock
• Protects subframe paint and bodywork from strap wear
• Bolts to factory mounting points, no drilling

Lifting the Adventure onto a paddock stand without a proper lift point usually means wedging something under the swingarm and hoping it holds — not what you want when you're doing a chain check or a wheel-off job.

The Velox spool threads into the swingarm's factory lift point, giving a paddock stand's forks a solid, purpose-made point to hook onto instead of improvised leverage.

Bolts in using the existing swingarm threading — no drilling or modification.

What it does:

• Gives a paddock stand a solid, dedicated lift point
• Removes the need to improvise under the swingarm
• Threads directly into the factory mounting point

Key details

• Brand: LEGUNDARY
• Material: Machined aluminium, silver finish
• Fitment: KTM 250 Adventure / 390 Adventure Gen2
• Mount type: Thread-in to swingarm lift point

The engine sump sits low and exposed on the Adventure, and a hard hit on a rock ledge can crack the casing or dent it enough to affect oil flow — an expensive way to end a trail ride.

The Vambrace plate is a formed aluminium guard that bolts beneath the engine, taking direct hits from rocks and ruts instead of the sump casing underneath.

Shaped to clear the exhaust header and factory mounting points for a snug, rattle-free fit.

What it does:

• Shields the engine sump from rocks, ruts, and trail debris
• Clears the exhaust header for a close, rattle-free fit
• Direct bolt-on fit to factory mounting points

Key details

• Brand: LEGUNDARY
• Material: Formed aluminium, silver finish
• Fitment: KTM 250 Adventure / 390 Adventure Gen2

A low-speed tip-over usually lands the bike on the front axle first — and without protection, that means a scored fork leg or a bent axle nut rather than a quick pick-up-and-ride.

The Rotex slider is a machined puck that mounts on the front axle ends, so the bike slides and rotates on the slider itself instead of grinding the fork bottoms or axle hardware into the ground.

Fits directly onto the front axle using the factory nut, no spacers or fork modifications.

What it does:

• Protects fork legs and axle hardware in a low-speed drop
• Lets the bike slide instead of dig in on impact
• Fits directly onto the front axle nut
