KAWASAKI VERSYS 650

The Versys 650's adventure-touring stance keeps the parallel-twin's cases exposed low on the frame — fine on the highway, a real risk the moment the bike goes down on a gravel stop or in slow traffic.

This crash guard wraps the engine and lower frame in tubular steel, spreading impact across multiple mounting points instead of concentrating it on the cases themselves.

Bolts to the factory frame mounting points, built for the Versys's mixed road-and-trail use.

What it does:

• Keeps the engine cases off the ground in a tip-over
• Spreads impact across multiple frame mounting points
• Direct bolt-on fit, no fabrication required

Key details

• Brand: MotoTorque
• Material: Tubular mild steel, powder-coated
• Fitment: Kawasaki Versys 650
• Mount type: Direct bolt-on to factory frame points

A crash guard covers the sides, but the underside of the Versys's parallel twin is just as exposed the moment you clip a rutted trail section or an unexpected pothole.

This lower guard bolts beneath the engine to take the scrape instead of the cases underneath, built from aluminium to keep added weight down on a bike already carrying touring gear.

Works alongside a crash guard rather than replacing it, covering the underside where a side guard doesn't reach.

What it does:

• Shields the engine underside from kerbs, ruts, and potholes
• Aluminium build keeps added weight to a minimum
• Pairs with a crash guard for full lower-body coverage

Soft panniers strapped straight to the Versys's subframe rub through the paint or brush against the exhaust before long — a problem a proper stay removes entirely.

This saddle stay is a welded steel bracket that bolts to the existing subframe mounts, holding bags clear of the wheel, exhaust, and rear shock once they're loaded and moving with the suspension.

Built for the Versys's subframe geometry, lining up with the factory mounting points without extra brackets.

What it does:

• Keeps saddle bags clear of the rear wheel, exhaust heat, and shock
• Protects subframe paint and bodywork from strap wear
• Bolts to factory mounting points, no drilling

• Brand: MotoTorque
• Material: Welded mild steel
• Fitment: Kawasaki Versys 650
• Mount type: Direct bolt-on to subframe

The Versys's stock bar position is comfortable enough for most riders, but taller riders often find themselves leaning further forward than they'd like on longer touring days.

This riser bolts between the triple clamp and handlebar to lift the bar closer to the rider, opening up the reach without needing a full handlebar swap.

Uses the factory bar clamp and cabling, so there's no need for longer cables or lines in most cases.

What it does:

• Raises the handlebar for a more relaxed touring reach
• Suits taller riders without a full handlebar swap
• Bolts in using the factory clamp — no cable changes in most cases

Key details

• Brand: MotoTorque
• Material: Machined aluminium
• Fitment: Kawasaki Versys 650
• Mount type: Bolt-on between triple clamp and handlebar

The Versys is built for touring, but the stock tail still needs a flat mounting point before it can carry a top box or a strapped-down duffel for a multi-day trip.

This carrier is a welded steel platform that mounts to the rear subframe, built to take real touring loads without flexing on rough roads.

Sized and drilled for the Versys's factory mounting points, sitting flush with the tail section.

What it does:

• Gives touring luggage a flat, stable mounting surface
• Handles top boxes or strapped duffel bags without flex
• Direct bolt-on fit to the factory subframe points

Key details

• Brand: MotoTorque
• Material: Welded mild steel
• Fitment: Kawasaki Versys 650
• Mount type: Direct bolt-on to subframe

Road debris and stray gravel go straight through an unguarded radiator core, and once the fins are dented or clogged, cooling performance drops right when the parallel twin is working hardest.

This guard is a perforated steel screen that mounts in front of the radiator, keeping stones and larger debris out while leaving airflow largely unrestricted.

Direct bolt-on fit over the factory radiator, no cutting into surrounding bodywork.

What it does:

• Screens the radiator core from stones and road debris
• Perforated pattern keeps airflow largely unrestricted
• Direct bolt-on fit over the factory radiator

Key details

• Brand: MotoTorque
• Material: Mild steel
• Fitment: Kawasaki Versys 650
• Mount type: Direct bolt-on over radiator

The stock side stand foot is small enough to sink into soft ground or gravel, leaving the bike leaning at an angle you don't notice until you've let go of the bars — worse once panniers and a top box add weight.

This extender clamps over the factory stand foot to widen the contact patch, spreading the bike's weight over more surface so it holds its footing on softer parking spots.

Slips over the existing stand foot — no modification to the side stand itself.

What it does:

• Widens the side stand's footprint on sand, gravel, and soft ground
• Reduces the chance of the stand sinking, especially loaded for touring
• Clamps over the factory stand foot — no permanent modification

Key details

• Brand: MotoTorque
• Material: Mild steel
• Fitment: Kawasaki Versys 650
• Mount type: Clamp-on over stock side stand foot

A bare subframe rack gives luggage a mounting point but not always a flat, even surface — the top plate solves that, especially for a top box that needs a level base to seal properly.

This aluminium top plate mounts over the rear carrier, giving a flat, lightweight surface for a top box or strapped luggage without adding excess rear weight.

Bolts onto a compatible rear carrier base rather than requiring permanent modification to the subframe.

What it does:

• Gives a flat, even mounting surface over the rear carrier
• Aluminium build keeps added weight to a minimum
• Suits a top box or strapped touring luggage

Key details

• Brand: MotoTorque
• Material: Aluminium
• Fitment: Kawasaki Versys 650 (requires compatible rear carrier)
• Mount type: Bolt-on to rear carrier base

Touring on unfamiliar roads without a mounted GPS means pulling over to check a phone in your pocket — not ideal when you're covering real distance and want the map visible at a glance.

This mount is a machined bracket that clamps to the handlebar, giving you a stable, vibration-resistant point to run a GPS unit or phone cradle from.

Positions the device within easy sightline without blocking the factory instrument cluster.

What it does:

• Gives a phone or GPS unit a stable, vibration-resistant mount
• Keeps the display in sightline without blocking the dash
• Clamps to the handlebar — no drilling

Key details

• Brand: MotoTorque
• Material: Machined aluminium
• Fitment: Kawasaki Versys 650
• Mount type: Handlebar clamp-on

A low-speed tip-over usually lands the bike on the front axle first — and without protection, that means a scored fork leg or a bent axle nut rather than a quick pick-up-and-ride.

The Rotex slider is a machined puck that mounts on the front axle ends, so the bike slides and rotates on the slider itself instead of grinding the fork bottoms or axle hardware into the ground.

Fits directly onto the front axle using the factory nut, no spacers or fork modifications.

What it does:

• Protects fork legs and axle hardware in a low-speed drop
• Lets the bike slide instead of dig in on impact
• Fits directly onto the front axle nut

Key details

Bolts to the factory subframe points; side boxes themselves are sold separately.

What it does:

• Gives Fort Knox-series side boxes a dedicated, solid mounting point
• Reduces flex and rattle compared to improvised brackets
• Direct bolt-on fit to the factory subframe points

Key details

• Brand: LEGUNDARY
