The vendors shall bear the quality, warranty, and specifications on products on the website where necessary.

Pedlock also has the right to alter, suspend, or stop any service, product, or feature any time without notice and will not be responsible for changing anything.

2. Product Information & Compatibility

Before placing an order, customers should be in a position to ensure that the products ordered comply with their make and model of the motorcycle.

The images of products on the website are illustrative. Real-life products can change slightly because of manufacturing changes or supplier changes.

Minor differing color, design, or finish differences should not be regarded as defects.

Pedlock will not be liable for incompatibility problems caused by a wrong choice made by the customer.

3. Installation Responsibility

Some motorcycle accessories and parts are not easy to install without the help of a skilled worker.

It is highly recommended that customers should install products with qualified mechanics or authorized service centers.

Pedlock will not be responsible for paying damages that were generated in the course of inappropriate installation, alteration, or misuse of products.

It will not be subject to refunds, replacement, or warranty on any damages incurred in the course of installation.

4. Products & Warranty

Any products purchased from the website will be covered by warranty policies of the particular manufacturers/brands.

Pedlock has the right to cancel or amend the order in case of any mistake made in pricing or typing. In case payment is already made, the money will be returned to the initial method of payment.

In case delivery cannot be achieved at a specific point, Pedlock can ask to be delivered to a different address or cancel and refund.
