Mototorque Himalayan 450 Panther Crash Guard

A hard fall off-road can total a fuel tank, crack an engine case, or bend a frame rail in seconds — the Panther Crash Guard stands between your Himalayan 450 and that outcome, taking the hit so the bike's vital parts don't have to.

Built from 25mm cold-rolled mild steel tubing in 1.6mm and 2mm wall thicknesses, the guard is shaped on CNC benders for a consistent, accurate fit, then joined with MIG and TIG welds for a structurally sound frame. Every tube is grid-blasted before powder coating, giving the finish an even, durable base coat that resists chipping on the trail.

Impact points are fitted with high-impact nylon sliders that absorb and deflect shock rather than transferring it straight to the frame, while a triple-point mounting system spreads load across three strategic locations on the bike. All hardware is Stainless Steel 304, so corrosion isn't a concern even after months of monsoon riding.

Available in Black, Green, Yellow and Red to match your Himalayan's paint scheme, it installs at stock mounting points using basic hand tools and ships with a DIY fitment guide.
