BALACLAVA

Your helmet liner takes a beating every single ride — sweat, skin oils, hair, all soaking straight into the padding you can't easily wash. The 66BHP Balaclava sits between your skin and the helmet, so the balaclava takes the hit instead, and you just throw it in the wash.

Built from a 95% cotton, 5% Lycra blend, it gives you the soft, breathable feel of cotton against the skin with just enough stretch to hold its shape ride after ride, wash after wash. Flat seam lock construction keeps the stitching low-profile, so there's no raised seam digging into your forehead or jawline under a snug-fitting helmet.

It's designed for the reality of daily riding — commuters putting a helmet on and off multiple times a day, tourers logging long hours in the saddle, anyone riding through Kerala heat where sweat is a given. Wear it as your first layer, ride, then wash it with mild detergent and let it air dry in the shade.

What it does:

• Creates a washable barrier so sweat and skin oils don't transfer directly into the helmet liner
• Soft cotton-rich layer against the skin, breathable for everyday wear
• Lycra stretch keeps the fit snug and lets the fabric recover its shape after washing
• Flat seam construction reduces pressure points and bulk under a close-fitting helmet

Care: Wash regularly after sweaty rides with mild detergent in cool or normal-temperature water. Avoid bleach and harsh wringing. Dry fully in shade before next use.
