Rynox Air GT Riding Pants — Black

A hot-weather touring pant built around a 3D mesh shell for maximum airflow, with CE Level 2 knee and hip armour, Invista Cordura® reinforcement on the knees, and Rynox's KneeSlap™ system to put the knee protectors exactly where they need to be. Made for hot, humid riding — daily commutes, highway runs and long tours.

Key Features

• CE Level 2 knee & hip protectors — certified to EN 1621-1:2012 (T+/T-, Type B). The knee protectors extend to cover the shin.
• KneeSlap™ knee armour positioning — adjust the height and position of the knee protectors while you're wearing the pants, so they sit right over your knees.
• Tailbone pocket — ready for a CE Level 2 tailbone protector (sold separately).
• Super-ventilated 3D mesh shell — lightweight, sturdy dual-fold knit mesh for airflow in warm, dry conditions.
• 1000 × 1000 Invista Cordura® knee panels — reinforced slide zones that resist abrasion, tears and scuffs, with reinforced dual stitching on the slide zones.
• 600D PU-coated polyester with DWR coating — the durable water-repellent finish sheds light showers, dirt and grease, and adds abrasion resistance.
• Stretch Cordura® panels on the hips, knees and groin for free movement on the bike.
• SuperGrip contoured panels — high-grip panels for better control on the bike.
• Adjustable touring fit — girth adjusters at the waist and bottom hem. Wear over or under your riding boots.
• Jacket-to-pant connection zip — connects to Rynox protective riding jackets so the jacket can't ride up in a slide.
• Retro-reflective detailing on the calves and sides for low-light visibility.

Good to Know

• Not waterproof. The mesh is designed for warm, dry riding — for sustained rain, wear a purpose-built rain over-pant.
• Sizing: don't go by your jeans or trouser size. Take your body measurements and check them against the size chart in the product photos.
• Sized and shaped primarily for men. Women riders should compare actual body measurements with the size chart before choosing.

Warranty

Rynox manufacturer warranty: 6 months on the pants and 5 years on the impact protectors, from the date of purchase. Retro-reflective panels, trims and logo application are not covered. Subject to Rynox's warranty terms and conditions.

Wash & Care

Remove all protectors and open all zips, Velcro and buckles first. Hand wash in lukewarm water with a technical wash or a mild, unscented liquid detergent — never powder detergent. Rinse thoroughly and hang to dry in a cool, shaded place. Do not wring, tumble dry, iron, bleach or dry in direct sunlight.
