Shipping policy

This policy explains how we ship orders placed on pedlockmotorsport.com.

1. Where we ship

We ship across India. For delivery outside India, please call us before you order. Extra charges may apply.

2. Payment

All online orders are prepaid by UPI, card, net banking or wallet. Cash on delivery is not available. We dispatch your order once payment is confirmed.

3. Shipping charges

Free shipping on orders of ₹3,999 and above.

Items marked "Free shipping on this item" always ship free, whatever your order total.

For other orders, shipping is charged by the total weight of your order and where it is going:

*South India: Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka, Puducherry, Tamil Nadu and Telangana. Rest of India: all other states and union territories. Use the first row your order weight fits into.

For orders over 5 kg, the charge goes up with the weight and is shown at checkout.

The exact shipping charge is always shown at checkout before you pay.

4. Dispatch time

Orders are packed and dispatched within 48 hours of order confirmation. Dispatch may take a little longer during festivals, public holidays, sales or other unexpected situations.

When your order is dispatched, we will share a tracking number so you can follow the delivery.

5. Delivery time

After dispatch, delivery usually takes 4–7 working days, depending on your location. These are estimates. Delays can happen because of courier issues, weather or other events outside our control. If your order is taking longer than expected, please contact us.

6. Courier partners

We ship with professional courier partners and may change partners at any time. In areas without door delivery, you may need to collect the parcel from the nearest courier hub.

7. Express delivery

If you need faster delivery, please call us before you order. Extra charges may apply.

8. Failed delivery

Please give a correct address and a phone number you can answer. If delivery fails because of a wrong address, or because the courier could not reach you, the shipping cost and payment processing charges may be deducted from any refund.

9. Damaged or wrong items

If your parcel arrives damaged, or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. See our Return Policy for details.
