The Duke 200's high-revving single works its drivetrain harder than most bikes in its class, and this is Rolon's premium answer for it — a GOLD X-Ring brass kit built specifically for the Duke 200 from 2014 onwards.

X-Ring sealing uses four contact points per link instead of the two on a standard O-ring, holding grease inside the chain far more effectively and keeping dirt out — genuinely reduced friction, better lubrication retention, and a longer service life than a standard roller chain, particularly valuable on a high-revving 200cc single that gets ridden hard. It's a heavy-duty, solid-bush construction with hardened sprocket teeth, rubber-bonded for a smoother, quieter ride with noticeably less chain slap and noise than a worn stock setup. Brass-plated inner and outer link plates add real corrosion resistance on top, along with the premium gold finish.

Every sprocket is carbon steel with induction-hardened teeth, shot-blasted for improved surface fatigue strength, precision-machined to OE position accuracy, heat-treated and hand-finished — passing 18 production stages and 15 individual quality checks before it ships.

Important fitment note: this is the 6-hole rear sprocket version, correct for Duke 200 from 2014 onwards. Older 2012-only Duke 200 models use a 4-hole rear sprocket and need a completely different kit — always check the hole pattern on your customer's existing sprocket before selling this one.

In the box: front sprocket, rear sprocket, and brass X-Ring chain (110 links).

Keeping it running well: clean every 500–700km with a proper chain cleaner and re-lube with X-Ring/O-Ring-safe chain spray. Avoid direct high-pressure jets, which can damage the X-Rings and wash out grease. Maintain chain slack per your KTM owner's manual (typically 5–7cm mid-span). Replace chain dampers at the same time as the kit. Professional installation recommended.
