Rolon Brass Chain & Sprocket Kit for TVS Apache RTR 160 4V (BS4) — Kit NORC F322

The 4-valve Apache RTR 160 revs harder and demands more from its drivetrain than the older 2V — and when the stock chain finally stretches out, this is the upgrade that matches the bike's intent. The Rolon NORC F322 is the brass-plated version of their standard RTR 160 4V (BS4) kit, delivering the same OE-matched fitment with brass-plated inner and outer link plates for real rust resistance and a finish that looks the part.

The front sprocket is precision-machined for smooth, quiet operation and higher transmission accuracy, anti-wear coated to keep power delivery clean, heat-treated and hand-finished rather than mass-stamped. The rear sprocket is carbon steel with induction-hardened teeth for genuine wear resistance, zinc-coated against rust, and shot-blasted for improved surface fatigue strength — built to handle dust and monsoon commuting without complaint.

Important fitment note: this kit is specifically for the Apache RTR 160 4V (BS4). It is NOT interchangeable with the older 2-valve Apache RTR 160, which uses a different Rolon kit (HBS 152 / brass NORC F383) with different tooth counts. Confirm which generation your customer has before selling either.

In the box: front sprocket, rear sprocket, and brass-plated chain — a complete drivetrain replacement, machined to OE position accuracy for precise fitment.

Keeping it running well: lubricate every 500km for seal-ring chains (1000km for standard), clean every 2500–3000km with a nylon brush — never a steel wire brush or high-pressure jet directly on a seal-ring chain — and maintain at least 1 inch of chain slack. Replace chain dampers at the same time as the kit. Professional installation recommended.
