Rolon Brass Chain & Sprocket Kit for RE Meteor 350 / Classic 350 Reborn — Kit HPORC 389

The J-series 350 platform — Meteor, the new Classic 350 Reborn, and Hunter — all share the same drivetrain underneath, which means one properly engineered Rolon kit covers both. The HPORC 389 is the brass-plated, O-ring sealed kit built specifically for this newer platform, not a generic "350cc" kit stretched to fit.

The O-ring seal keeps factory grease locked inside the chain and dirt out, meaningfully reducing chain slap, stretch, and the khat-khat noise that shows up when a stock chain starts wearing out. Brass-plated inner and outer link plates add genuine corrosion resistance on top of that — useful for monsoon commuting and all-weather touring — plus a finish that looks properly upgraded rather than just replaced. The sprockets are high-carbon steel with induction-hardened teeth and shot-blasted surfaces for real wear resistance, zinc-coated against rust, precision-machined to reduce noise and vibration, and heat-treated for long-term strength.

Important fitment note: this kit is for the J-series 350 platform specifically — Meteor 350 and Classic 350 Reborn (2021 onwards). It is NOT suitable for the older Classic 350 (UCE), Bullet 350/500, or Thunderbird 350/500/650 Twins — those older bikes use a different tooth count and chain length entirely. "Classic 350" alone is ambiguous between the old and new platform, so always confirm which generation your customer has before selling either kit.

In the box: front sprocket, rear sprocket, and brass-plated O-ring chain.

Keeping it running well: clean the chain with kerosene or a proper chain cleaner, lube with fully synthetic chain lube or gear oil 90, and clean/lube every 450–600km depending on weather and riding conditions. Maintain at least 1 inch of chain slack, and replace the chain dampers at the same time as the kit. Professional installation recommended.
