Mototorque Scram 440 Crash Guard v2.0

Gravel, loose dirt, and the occasional low-speed tip-over come with the territory when you ride a Scram 440 off the beaten path. A solid crash guard keeps that first hard knock away from your engine cases and radiator, so a minor spill doesn't turn into an expensive repair bill.

This guard is built from 25mm mild steel tubing, cold-rolled for consistent strength, with wall thickness stepped between 1.6mm and 2mm across the frame for extra rigidity where it matters most. Every joint is precision welded and finished with a durable powder coat that shrugs off scratches and weather. Nylon sliders are fitted at the primary contact points to absorb the initial shock of an impact before it reaches the frame.

Mounting hardware is grade-304 stainless steel, so rust never becomes an issue even after monsoon rides. The result is a guard that looks factory-fitted and holds up ride after ride.
