Soft panniers with nothing behind them sag into the rear wheel and melt on the exhaust. A saddle stay is what stops that.

Bent steel tubing finished in white powder coat, shaped to hold the bag body clear of both the tyre and the silencer while following the line of the tail rather than jutting out from it.

Gives soft luggage a rigid frame to sit against, so weight stays put on rough ground instead of swinging and unsettling the bike.
