A cracked radiator can end a ride on the spot. The Radiator Guard sits in front of the core, taking the hit from flying stones and branches so coolant keeps flowing instead of leaking out onto the trail.

Built from mild steel and reverse-engineered directly off the Himalayan 450 for a precise, direct-fit mount, the guard is finished with a matte grain and buffed detailing for a clean factory-style look. The laser-cut “Himalayan” pattern keeps airflow to the radiator largely unrestricted while still blocking debris.

Available in Black and Yellow to suit your bike's colour scheme, it bolts straight onto stock mounting points with no modification needed.
