MotoTorque Crash Guard for Yamaha FZS & FZ V4 — Tubular Steel with Body Sliders

A low-speed drop or a stand-still tip in traffic puts the FZ's engine case, header pipe, and tank edges on the ground first — exactly the parts a stock naked bike leaves completely unprotected.

This guard uses 22.2mm mild-steel tubing with 2mm wall thickness, cold-rolled for strength and MIG-welded into a single structure that covers the engine case, head, and front exhaust bend. Four separate sliders (two per side) add extra protection for the tank, handlebar ends, and front bodywork.

Finished with grid blasting and powder coating, assembled with SS304-grade nuts and bolts and CNC-machined bends for a consistent factory-style fit. Covers both the FZS v3 and FZ V4 platform.
