The Rolon HPXR 288 is a high-performance X-Ring kit built specifically for the Standard and 42, using a solid-bush chain designed for genuine durability, not just a quick fix.

X-Ring sealing holds lubricant inside the chain far more effectively than a standard chain, meaningfully reducing friction and stretch over time. The front sprocket mounts via a 2-tap PCD with involute spline and bonding for a precise, secure fit, precision-machined for smooth, quiet operation. The rear sprocket is carbon steel with induction-hardened teeth for genuine wear resistance, zinc-coated against rust, and shot-blasted for improved surface fatigue strength — built to handle dust and monsoon riding without complaint. Every sprocket passes 18 production stages and 15 individual quality checks before it ships.

Keeping it running well: lubricate every 500km for seal-ring chains (1000km for standard), clean every 2500–3000km with a nylon brush — never a steel wire brush or high-pressure jet directly on a seal-ring chain — and maintain at least 1 inch of chain slack. Replace chain dampers at the same time as the kit. Professional installation recommended.
