The RTR 200 4V is TVS's sharpest street naked, and its drivetrain gets worked hard — every aggressive launch and every hard downshift runs through the chain and sprockets. The Rolon HPORC 332 is the brass-plated upgrade of their standard RTR 200 4V kit, giving you the same OE-matched performance with brass-plated inner and outer link plates for genuinely better rust resistance and a finish that suits a bike built to be shown off.

The front sprocket is precision-machined for smooth, quiet operation and higher transmission accuracy, with anti-wear coating that keeps the RTR 200 putting power down cleanly instead of losing it to a worn tooth profile. It's heat-treated and hand-finished, passing 18 production stages and 15 individual quality checks before it ships. The rear sprocket is carbon steel with induction-hardened teeth for genuine wear resistance, zinc-coated against rust, and shot-blasted for improved surface fatigue strength — built to take dust and monsoon riding in stride.

In the box: front sprocket, rear sprocket, and brass-plated chain — everything for a complete drivetrain replacement, machined to OE position accuracy for precise fitment.

Keeping it running well: lubricate every 500km for seal-ring chains (1000km for standard), clean every 2500–3000km with a nylon brush — never a steel wire brush or high-pressure jet directly on a seal-ring chain — and maintain at least 1 inch of chain slack. Replace chain dampers at the same time as the kit. Professional installation recommended.
