Unlike braced handlebars, the EVO uses ProTaper's original crossbar-free design — a construction they invented and patented — that lets the bar flex and absorb impact instead of transmitting every jolt straight to your hands. That flex is engineered, not accidental: a computer-profiled aluminum alloy wall design tuned for the right balance between strength, fatigue life, and impact absorption, finished with a stress-relieved, shot-peened, anodized coating for long-term durability.

The bar clamp area is oversized for rigidity where it mounts to the bike, tapering down toward the bar ends for grip comfort — giving you a setup that's stiff where it needs to be and forgiving everywhere else.

Available in Blue, Black, Red, and Silver, and in both With Handle Riser and Without Handle Riser variants, so you can match it to your bike's stock geometry or add rise for a more upright riding position.
