AXOR

Vintage style doesn't have to mean compromising on weight or safety. The AXOR Jet Forged Carbon is built for riders who want the classic open-face look — with the bubble visor that defines the vintage jet aesthetic — without carrying around the extra grams a full-face helmet demands.

The shell is genuine carbon fiber, which is exactly where the weight savings come from: at roughly 950 grams, it's noticeably lighter on the neck over a long ride than a typical polycarbonate open-face helmet. Underneath, a single-layer, multi-density EPS liner is designed to absorb impact energy and protect against penetration, and the micro-metric strap gives you a quick, secure, easily adjustable fit instead of fumbling with a D-ring in a hurry.

It's ISI certified — meeting India's mandatory BIS safety standard (IS 4151) — and additionally certified to DOT FMVSS No. 218 (the US safety standard), so you're getting a helmet that's tested and legal for Indian roads, not just stylish. Axor designs its helmets in Italy with international designers and industry experts, sold in India through Vega.

Description

The AXOR Nimbuz is a ventilation-focused riding jacket built for warm-weather touring, with open shoulder vents and a mesh front panel that keep air moving through long rides. Safe-Tech C.E. Level 2 armor protects the chest, back, shoulders, and elbows, so airflow and impact protection are not a trade-off.

Reflective 3M detailing improves visibility in low light, while four water-resistant exterior pockets, a soft mesh interior, and Velcro-adjustable straps at the sleeves and waist round out a jacket built for everyday commuting as much as weekend rides.

Heritage styling with modern luxuries — that's the whole idea behind the Retro Jet. It's built for riders on choppers, bobbers, café racers, and classic-style bikes who want a helmet that matches the machine, not one that looks bolted on from a different era.

The shell is fiberglass composite, chosen for a genuine balance of strength and weight rather than cutting corners on either. Inside, a multi-density EPS liner is designed to absorb impact energy properly, paired with a hypoallergenic liner that's removable, washable, and anti-bacterial — so it stays fresh through regular use, not just out of the box. The edges are finished with meticulously stitched genuine leather trim, and a leather neck roll adds a level of comfort and finish that plain open-face helmets skip. A chin air vent keeps things breathable, and the micrometric chin strap gives you a quick, secure, adjustable fit without wrestling with a D-ring.

Certification: ISI certified (IS 4151:2015 — India's mandatory BIS standard) and DOT FMVSS No. 218 (US). Tested for energy attenuation, penetration resistance, and chin strap structural integrity under hot, cold, submerged, and ambient conditions.

The other half of Axor's Retro Girls collection, the Hawaii brings a vibrant tropical design to the classic open-face silhouette — built for women riders who want summer energy on the road, not just another plain helmet. It's an open-face jet helmet with a bubble visor, styled to pair easily with sunglasses on a warm ride.

The outer shell is ABS for genuine impact resistance, backed by a high-density EPS liner that does the real work of absorbing impact energy. The comfort build is where this helmet stands out: a high-quality suede comfort liner that's smooth against the skin and stays comfortable over long rides, with handcrafted leather trims finishing the edges for a level of detail most helmets in this category skip entirely. The adjustable nylon chin strap comes cushioned for grip and comfort, secured with an easy-to-operate micrometric lock.

The Big Checks pattern is instantly recognizable — a bold, checkerboard callback to vintage racing culture — and Axor builds it into a genuinely lightweight carbon shell rather than just printing the graphic on a standard helmet. The result is a helmet that looks the vintage part while carrying real modern engineering underneath.

The shell is tri-composite carbon fiber, chosen specifically for its high strength-to-weight ratio — strong, impact-absorbent, and dramatically lighter than a standard fiberglass or ABS shell. Underneath, a single-layer, multi-density EPS liner is designed to fit the head closely and absorb impact energy properly, while the micro-metric strap gives you a secure, easily adjustable fit without fumbling with a traditional D-ring. The bubble visor completes the vintage look while still offering genuine wind and eye protection on the road.

Certification: ISI certified (IS 4151:2015 — India's mandatory BIS standard) and DOT FMVSS No. 218 (US). Tested for energy attenuation, penetration resistance, chin strap structural integrity, surface projection, rigidity, and tensile strength — under hot, cold, submerged, and ambient conditions.

Part of Axor's Retro Girls collection, the Ibiza brings a vibrant, tropical-themed design to the classic open-face silhouette — built specifically for women riders who want a helmet that doesn't default to plain black. It's an open-face jet helmet with a bubble visor, styled to pair naturally with sunglasses on a warm-weather ride.

The outer shell is ABS for genuine impact resistance, backed by a high-density EPS liner that does the real work of absorbing impact energy. Where this helmet stands apart is the comfort build: the inner liner is a high-quality suede fabric, smooth against the skin and genuinely comfortable over a long ride rather than just for a quick trip around the block, and the edges are finished with handcrafted leather trims for a level of detail most helmets in this category skip. The adjustable nylon chin strap comes with cushioned padding for grip and comfort, secured with an easy-to-operate micrometric lock.

Retro styling done properly means more than a bubble visor bolted onto a plain shell — it's genuine leather trims, a considered fit, and safety certification you don't have to compromise on to get the look. The AXOR Retro Jet Sportz S13 delivers all three, built for riders who want café racer or scooter style without an unsafe helmet underneath it.

The shell is high-impact ABS paired with an EPS thermoplastic liner, engineered to absorb impact energy properly rather than just look the part. Inside, genuine leather interiors and trims with a leather neck roll add a level of finish most open-face helmets at this price don't bother with, and the liner itself is hypoallergenic, removable, washable, and anti-bacterial — so it stays fresh with regular use, not just out of the box. A reinforced strap with double D-ring retention keeps the fit secure, and the wide eye port comfortably fits riding glasses or goggles if you prefer to skip the visor altogether.

Ventilation is genuinely considered, not an afterthought — designed to keep you cool on long city rides even in Kerala's heat, rather than turning the inside of the helmet into an oven the way cheaper open-face helmets often do.

In the box: helmet, detachable bubble visor, and a helmet bag.
