The Rolon NMRC F327 is built specifically for the rear-disc FZ V3.0 and V2.0, with a brass-coated rear sprocket that adds real corrosion resistance and a sharper look — particularly worth it if you're riding through monsoon season or anywhere near the coast.

The front sprocket is precision-machined for smooth, quiet operation and higher transmission accuracy, anti-wear coated to keep power delivery clean, heat-treated and hand-finished rather than mass-stamped. The rear sprocket is carbon steel with induction-hardened teeth for genuine wear resistance, shot-blasted for improved surface fatigue strength, and finished with the brass coating for both durability and looks. Every sprocket passes 18 production stages and 15 individual quality checks before it ships.

Important fitment note: this kit is specifically for the rear-disc FZ V3.0 and V2.0. It does NOT fit the older drum-brake FZ V2 — that model needs a completely different kit. Always confirm your customer has the rear-disc variant before selling this one.

In the box: front sprocket, rear sprocket (brass-coated), and chain (128 links, 6-hole, R428 pitch).

Keeping it running well: adjust chain slack to Yamaha spec (typically 20–30mm at mid-span — check the owner's manual), re-torque the front sprocket nut and rear sprocket bolts to factory values with thread-locker where recommended, and lube every 500–700km or after every rain ride/monsoon wash. Clean with a proper chain cleaner or kerosene — never petrol or harsh solvents. Replace chain dampers at the same time as the kit. Professional installation recommended.
