The older 2-valve Apache RTR 160 still has a loyal following, and its drivetrain deserves better than a generic local replacement when the stock chain finally stretches out. The Rolon NORC F383 is the brass-plated upgrade of their standard RTR 160 2V kit — same trusted OE-matched fitment, finished with brass-plated inner and outer link plates for genuinely better rust resistance and a finish that actually looks upgraded, not just replaced.

Built to the same standard as every Rolon kit: the front sprocket is precision-machined for smooth, quiet operation and higher transmission accuracy, anti-wear coated so the bike keeps putting power down cleanly, heat-treated and hand-finished rather than just stamped out. The rear sprocket is carbon steel with induction-hardened teeth for real wear resistance, zinc-coated against rust, and shot-blasted for improved surface fatigue strength — built to shrug off dust and monsoon grime rather than fight it. Both sprockets are made to OE position accuracy, so fitment is precise.

Important fitment note: this kit is specifically for the older Apache RTR 160 2-valve (2V) engine. The newer Apache RTR 160 4V uses a completely different Rolon kit with different tooth counts — confirm which generation your customer has before selling this one.

Keeping it running well: lubricate every 500km for seal-ring chains (1000km for standard), clean every 2500–3000km with a nylon brush — never a steel wire brush or high-pressure jet directly on a seal-ring chain — and maintain at least 1 inch of chain slack. Replace chain dampers at the same time as the kit. Professional installation recommended.
