Mototorque Guardian Himalayan Crash Guard

A slide on gravel or a low-speed tip-over shouldn't mean a cracked engine case or a bent exhaust header. The Guardian crash guard wraps around the vulnerable side of your Himalayan's engine, absorbing the impact so the motor doesn't have to.

Built from 22.2mm mild steel tubing with a 2mm wall thickness, thicker than most guards in this class, the frame is cold-rolled for extra strength and CNC-bent for a precise, flush fit against the engine cases. Every joint is MIG welded for structural integrity, then grid-blasted and powder coated for a finish that shrugs off stone chips and monsoon rain. Stainless steel 304 grade hardware means the nuts and bolts won't seize or rust over years of off-road use.

Fitment is straightforward with basic hand tools, and the guard ships with X-protect series sliders that take the first hit on impact, so replacing a slider costs a lot less than replacing an engine case.
