The C30 is where BluArmor's mesh intercom story started — "The Original Grid Maker" — and it's still built around the same idea: group riding shouldn't mean losing the person who fell behind.

RIDEGRID, BluArmor's proprietary mesh technology, connects up to 20 riders with a single button press, and true range holds up to 1.1km in a straight line on open highway with line-of-sight between units. If someone drops out of range mid-ride, the self-healing network reconnects them automatically the moment they're back in range — no manual re-pairing, no restarting the mesh.

Not everyone in your group needs to own a C30 to join the conversation. RIDELYNK universal intercom pairing lets you add a regular Bluetooth headset (with HFP support) into the mesh — so a pillion rider can join in without buying their own unit. You can also merge outside phone calls straight into the group mesh, useful if you need to loop in someone outside the ride entirely.

Audio runs through "Tuned by BLU" Signature Sound speakers, with an adaptive wind noise suppression algorithm trained specifically to cut wind noise while keeping voice clarity intact at speed. Controls sit on a simple 5-button interface, and at just 70 grams, the whole unit adds almost no weight to your helmet.
