The Rolon HXRC 268 is a Brass X-Ring kit built specifically for the Duke 390, giving you genuine OE-matched fitment with the added durability of X-Ring sealing and a brass-plated finish that suits the bike's aggressive styling.

X-Ring seals use four contact points per link instead of the two on a standard O-ring, holding lubricant inside the chain far more effectively and keeping dirt out — real friction reduction and a longer service life, not just marketing language. Rubber bonding keeps the ride quiet and smooth, cutting down on the chain slap and drivetrain noise that shows up as a stock chain starts to wear.

Every sprocket is carbon steel with induction-hardened teeth for genuine wear resistance, zinc-coated against rust, shot-blasted for improved surface fatigue strength, precision-machined to OE position accuracy, heat-treated and hand-finished — passing 18 production stages and 15 individual quality checks before it ships.

Keeping it running well: lubricate every 500km for seal-ring chains (1000km for standard), clean every 2500–3000km with a nylon brush — never a steel wire brush or high-pressure jet directly on a seal-ring chain — and maintain at least 1 inch of chain slack. Replace chain dampers at the same time as the kit. Professional installation recommended.
