HARLEY-DAVIDSON

The front brake reservoir sticks out right where a tip-over or a stray branch can crack the plastic housing — and a cracked master cylinder reservoir means a brake fluid leak, not just a cosmetic scuff.

Clamps on around the existing reservoir without interfering with the brake lever or lines.

What it does:

• Shields the front brake reservoir from impacts and falls
• Clamps around the existing housing — no lines disturbed
• Reduces the risk of a cracked reservoir and fluid leak

A crash guard covers the sides, but the underside of the X440T's single-cylinder engine is just as exposed the moment you clip a speed bump too fast or catch a pothole on an uneven road.

This lower guard bolts beneath the engine to take the scrape instead of the cases underneath, sized to clear the exhaust and factory hardware.

Works alongside a crash guard rather than replacing it, covering the underside where a side guard doesn't reach.

What it does:

• Shields the engine underside from kerbs, potholes, and speed bumps
• Clears the exhaust and stock hardware for a clean fit
• Pairs with a crash guard for full lower-body coverage

Key details

Soft panniers strapped straight to the X440T's subframe rub through the paint or brush against the exhaust before long — a problem a proper stay removes entirely.

This saddle stay is a welded steel bracket that bolts to the existing subframe mounts, holding bags clear of the wheel, exhaust, and rear shock once they're loaded and moving with the suspension.

Built for the X440T's subframe geometry, lining up with the factory mounting points without extra brackets.

What it does:

• Keeps saddle bags clear of the rear wheel, exhaust heat, and shock
• Protects subframe paint and bodywork from strap wear
• Bolts to factory mounting points, no drilling

Key details

• Brand: MotoTorque
• Material: Welded mild steel
• Fitment: Harley-Davidson X440T
• Mount type: Direct bolt-on to subframe

The X440T's stock tail leaves the pillion with nothing to lean on and nowhere flat to strap a bag — two separate problems that usually mean two separate purchases.

This carrier combines both in one welded steel unit: a flat rear rack for touring luggage plus an integrated backrest pad so the pillion has proper support on longer rides.

Mounts to the factory subframe points in one installation rather than fitting a rack and a backrest separately.

What it does:

• Gives touring luggage a flat, stable mounting surface
• Adds pillion back support in the same unit
• Direct bolt-on fit to the factory subframe points

Key details

• Brand: MotoTorque
• Material: Welded mild steel, padded backrest
• Fitment: Harley-Davidson X440T
• Mount type: Direct bolt-on to subframe

The X440T's touring-spec cruiser stance keeps the single-cylinder engine low and exposed, which looks right for the model but leaves the cases with nothing between them and the tarmac in a tip-over.

The Astra Neo wraps the engine and lower frame in tubular steel, spreading impact across multiple mounting points instead of concentrating it on the cases themselves.

Bolts to the factory frame mounting points, sized to keep the X440T's touring silhouette intact rather than adding visible bulk.

What it does:

• Keeps the engine cases and cylinder fins off the ground in a tip-over
• Spreads impact across multiple frame mounting points
• Direct bolt-on fit, no fabrication required

Key details

• Brand: MotoTorque
• Material: Tubular mild steel, powder-coated
• Fitment: Harley-Davidson X440T
• Mount type: Direct bolt-on to factory frame points

The X440's stock tail leaves nowhere flat to strap a bag once you're loading up for anything past a short commute — a bungee-and-hope setup on the pillion seat only goes so far.

The Gopher carrier is a welded steel platform that bolts to the rear subframe, giving touring luggage a stable base or a mounting point for a compatible top box.

Sized for the factory subframe mounting points, sitting close to the tail rather than perched above it.

What it does:

• Gives touring luggage a flat, stable mounting surface
• Doubles as a mounting base for a compatible top box
• Direct bolt-on fit to the factory subframe points

Key details

• Brand: LEGUNDARY
• Material: Welded steel
• Fitment: Harley-Davidson X440

The stock side stand foot is small enough to sink into soft ground or gravel, leaving the bike leaning at an angle you don't notice until you've let go of the bars.

This base clamps over the factory stand foot to widen the contact patch, spreading the bike's weight over more surface so it holds its footing on softer parking spots.

Slips over the existing stand foot — no modification to the side stand itself.

What it does:

• Widens the side stand's footprint on sand, gravel, and soft ground
• Reduces the chance of the stand sinking and the bike tipping
• Clamps over the factory stand foot — no permanent modification

Key details

• Brand: LEGUNDARY
• Material: Machined aluminium
• Fitment: Harley-Davidson X440
• Mount type: Clamp-on over stock side stand foot

The X440's air-cooled single sits low and wide, which suits the cruiser stance but leaves the engine cases and cylinder fins exposed the moment the bike tips over at a light or in a car park.

The Thanos guard wraps the engine and lower frame in tubular steel with an added slider puck at the contact point, so the bike slides on the puck rather than grinding the guard tubing itself into the ground.

Bolts to the factory frame mounting points, sized to keep the X440's cruiser lines intact.

What it does:

• Keeps the engine cases and cylinder fins off the ground in a tip-over
• Slider puck reduces scraping and lets the bike slide on impact

Not everyone wants the combined rack-and-backrest setup — sometimes a simple flat carrier is all that's needed to strap down a duffel for a weekend ride.

This v2.0 carrier is a standalone welded steel rack that mounts to the rear subframe, revised from the original design for a cleaner fit against the X440's tail section.

Sized for the factory subframe mounting points, sitting flush rather than perched above the tail.

What it does:

• Gives touring luggage a flat, stable mounting surface
• Sits flush with the tail for a cleaner factory-style look
• Direct bolt-on fit to the factory subframe points

Key details

• Brand: MotoTorque

The X440's stock bar position works fine for shorter riders but leaves taller riders hunched forward slightly — not what you want on a cruiser built for a relaxed, upright seating position.

This riser bolts between the triple clamp and handlebar to lift the bar closer to the rider, opening up the reach without needing a full handlebar swap.

Uses the factory bar clamp and cabling, so there's no need for longer cables or lines in most cases.

What it does:

• Raises the handlebar for a more relaxed, upright reach
• Suits taller riders without a full handlebar swap
• Bolts in using the factory clamp — no cable changes in most cases

Key details

• Brand: MotoTorque
• Material: Machined aluminium
• Fitment: Harley-Davidson X440
